As outlined in the hosting toolkit, it is the expectation that those who wish to host the Addictions Don’t Discriminate Exhibit cover the cost of the event from their own organizational budget. However, we recognize that this may be a barrier for some of our smaller community based organizations. The Addictions Don’t Discriminate Steering Committee has access to a small amount of funds to support small organizations or community groups in offering the exhibit. These funds are only available if the organization does not have an operational budget to support their event and has a limit of $1000 per event.

Appropriate use of these funds would include things like transportation costs, food and drink for the nourishment zone, honorariums for speakers etc. Keep in mind that there is only a small amount of funding available.

If your organization or community group is interested in hosting the Addictions Don’t Discriminate exhibit and requires additional financial support to offset some of the costs, please fill out the following application and a member of the project team will contact you.
